Primary Sources

Heinrichs, Ann.  Mahatma Gandhi.  Milwaukee, Wisconsin: World Almanac Library,  2001.

This book helped me because on one page it had a whole paragraph that Gandhi wrote.  On some other pages he wrote about things happening in India at that time. One of the paragraphs told me a lot about his childhood.

Logue, Mary.  Forgiveness: The Story of Mahatma Gandhi.  United States of America: The Child’s World, 1998.

This book helped me because it gave me three very excellent quotes by Gandhi.  These quotes helped me because it told me a lot about his life.

Williams, Lesslie.  “Live simply that others may simply live.”  Online posting.  23 April 1994.  30 Nov. 2005.

This website helped me because it gave one more quote
from Gandhi.  The quote told me how powerful non-violence
           be.
